Robb drove the assistance truck in the 2006 Dakar, and acted as de-facto team manager when Charlie was knocked out of the rally with a separated shoulder.  He returned in 2007 to drive the lead assistance vehicle.

 

In 2009, Robb led the team in South America, where Jonah won stage 5 and was held second place for several days before being forced to withdraw due to a previous wrist injury.

 

When not working for the rally team, Robb likes to adventure tour, and has traveled extensively throughout Latin America on his old BMW.
