Charlie, Niles, Des and Jonah are in Budapest, ready for the start of the Central Europe Rally. Charlie and Des drove the truck with the 690 on a JoeHauler from Lisbon, where we left it after the cancellation of the Dakar Rally. On the way they stopped at the KTM Factory in Austria to have special exhaust outlets installed due to new lower sound restrictions for this rally.
Niles has been through the bike, and Jonah took it for a test ride today.. Tomorrow is scrutineering, and the rally gets underway on Sunday with a short racing stage and some long liaisons.
